Axis Square is a major development from LCR, located at a key site in the heart of Birmingham city centre.

Situated off Holliday Street between The Mailbox and the new Arena Central development, the site is currently dominated by an increasingly dated 1970s office block.

Our development, which was granted planning permission in 2017, will create a stunning new city centre destination with five modern buildings totalling one million square feet of new Grade A office accommodation for up to 10,000 people.

The scheme will also feature a new public square with cafes, restaurants and retail opportunities at ground floor, with attractive open space featuring over 100 new trees.
